This July, we will be hosting our second annual Summer Art Academy. We are running it a little different from last year. Rather than having many different classes and instructors with different mediums and topics, we are putting it all under one umbrella, and only running 2 weeks of camp. We will create art through drawing, painting, sculpture, and more with expert working artists from the CAC. Please see our Classes and Camps page for the more information and for registration. Our friends at The Bee Caves Art Foundation are also hosting art camp. Theirs happens in June. See below for details...

Our friends at The Bee Cave Arts Foundation have posted their Summer Art Camps for 2015.  These are really fun and popular art camps, so check them out and secure your spot soon! Find more information on the Classes/Camps page.

Ginger's Dam That Cancer
Guitar Art
by Ginger Grasley

On June 8th, member artist Ginger Grasley will be paddleboarding 21 miles on the Colorado River to raise money for the Flatwater Foundation. She created 20 new guitar artworks to sell to raise the funds for her journey. The Flatwater Foundation helps provide mental health services to those with a cancer diagnosis and their affected family members.

The Cuernavaca Arts Cooperative is proud to present it's second large group show. This show has a theme "Of Water and Earth" and it will explore our human connection to water and earth through many different artistic lenses. The show is installed in the Commons of the Larua's Library branch of the Westbank Community Library located on Bee Caves Road. Due to the volume of work, this show went up in two rounds. The first round was on display from Jan 20th through March 6th, and the second is up now through April 25th.

We welcome everyone from the community to stop by to view the works during library hours.
